About Us

Phil Goss is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma.  Upon graduation, he joined a national CPA firm in Oklahoma City, working in the auditing division.  He later worked for a local CPA firm in the tax department.  In 1983, he opened Phil Goss, CPA and has operated that practice continuously since.

Phil has over 41 years of professional experience in tax preparation, business formations, IRS representation, business accounting, and as a general business advisor.  The company recently marked the 35 year anniversary as a CPA firm.

Phil is a life-long Oklahoma resident and a U.S. Army veteran.  He and his wife, Debbie, recently celebrated their 46^th wedding anniversary.  Both he and Debbie are proud to have their two sons as part of the CPA practice.

Bryan has worked in private, corporate and public CPA firms for the past 17 years.

Bryan is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a degree in accounting.

After 10 years of accounting experience with positions in nonprofit and corporate organizations, Steve joined Goss CPA full time in the spring of 2012.

Steve is a graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God University with a degree in accounting. He lives in Edmond, OK with his wife Erin and 3 children: Ethan, Naomi and Kendal.
